Der Stromproduzent RWE Power AG ist auf der Suche nach einem Internal Communications Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Essen.
As part of the global Internal Communications team, you help position RWE and shape the strategic transformation process of the company by driving efficient and innovative internal communication. In line with RWE's communication strategy, you develop internal communication plans and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement creative and targeted communication activities. You understand the needs of our internal audiences and advise leaders and other key stakeholders on effective communication with managers and employees.
Your responsibilities also include advising operational sites and other departments on the execution of communication measures. You create engaging content for all internal communication media (print media, news channel, socialintranet, newsletter, etc.) as well as speeches, presentations and briefings for board members and topmanagement. You manage and coordinate internal communications events and dialogue formats such as BoardChats and Lunch & Learns.
You support strategic communication projects and manage communications agencies as part of yourproject responsibilities. You are part of the RWE Newsroom team and take on the role of Duty Editor on a rolling basis,managing day-to-day operations and leading editorial meetings.
You hold a university degree in Economics, the Humanities or similar. Journalistic training or experienceis advantageous. You have several years of professional experience in corporate communications, internalcommunications and content delivery and management.
You have a proven track record in writing compelling stories and translating complex topics intoengaging articles, tailored to specific target groups. Based on your good understanding of the needs of internal audiences, you have developed and implemented successful communications campaigns. You have a proven track record in managing complex projects (interdisciplinary and international). You are digitally astute and experienced in developing, managing and refining internal digital communication channels. Knowledge and understanding of the energy sector is advantageous. Fluency in English and/or German at a business level is essential.
You are a self-starter, enthusiastic and flexible. With your structured approach, you are able to work under pressure.
